Invisible copilot · hidden on screen share

The AI copilot they can't see on your screen.

A2solveX floats above your call, stays hidden when you share your screen, turns what's being said into live captions on your PC, and drops them straight into ChatGPT — so you always have an answer ready. Your audio never leaves the device.

What it does

Built to be unseen — and genuinely useful.

A focused desktop overlay: capture the room, read it as text, and have the answer ready in ChatGPT — without touching your workflow.

Hidden on screen share

Marked for exclusion from Zoom, Meet and Teams capture with Windows content protection. You see the overlay; the people you share with don't.

Live captions, on-device

System audio becomes text on your own PC with a local NVIDIA Parakeet model — no cloud, no API keys, no per-minute fees.

Straight into ChatGPT

Each phrase lands in the ChatGPT prompt box as it's recognized. Nothing sends on its own — you review and press send.

Always on top, never in the way

A draggable window that stays above your call, with a real minimize, a compact bar, and maximize — move it aside the instant you need another app.

Admin-controlled access

Sign in with Google. An admin approves accounts from a dashboard and can revoke — or remotely remove — any device within minutes.

How it works

Running in three steps.

1

Download & sign in

Install for Windows, open the overlay, and sign in with your Google account.

2

Get approved

Your admin approves your account from the dashboard. Access turns on the moment they do.

3

Start & ask

Play your call, start captions, and your questions fill the ChatGPT prompt automatically — ready to send.

Questions

Good to know.

Is it really free?
Yes. Captions run on a model downloaded to your PC, so there's no subscription, API key, or per-minute charge. You just need a one-time internet connection to install the model.
Will people see it when I share my screen?
A2solveX asks Windows to exclude its window from screen capture, so on supported setups it stays off the shared stream while you still see it. This is an OS hint, not a guarantee for every meeting app and display setup — verify it on your own machine and client before you rely on it.
Does my audio get uploaded anywhere?
No. Audio is captured in memory and transcribed on your device. It's never written to a file, and the recognizer is blocked from the network at runtime. Only the text you choose to send to ChatGPT leaves your machine.
Which apps does it work with?
Any app that plays sound through your selected Windows output — Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, a browser tab, a recording. It captures the output you pick, not your microphone.
How do I get access?
Install, sign in with Google, and your administrator approves your account. Admins manage everyone from a central dashboard and can pause or remove access anytime.
What do I need to run it?
64-bit Windows 10 (version 2004 or later) or Windows 11. No Python, Node, or developer tools required — the installer bundles everything.
